Acceptance of terms
Welcome to FreeJeu.com. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the FreeJeu website, games, mobile applications, services, content, and related features. By accessing or using FreeJeu, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use FreeJeu. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FreeJeu complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Entertainment purpose
FreeJeu is an independent casual games platform for relaxed, no-pressure entertainment. The service is not a gambling product, casino, betting service, or prize competition. Game results, scores, hints, rankings, achievements, virtual items, or other features are provided for fun and do not guarantee any real-world outcome, reward, or financial benefit.
Accounts and guest play
Some features may be available without an account, while others may require guest registration or a full account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, maintain the confidentiality of your account, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Optional purchases and subscriptions
FreeJeu may offer optional purchases, virtual currency, cosmetic items, theme packs, gifts, premium features, or subscriptions. Pricing, billing intervals, included features, renewal terms, and cancellation options are displayed at the time of purchase. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring payments using your selected payment method unless you cancel before renewal.
Payments and billing
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe. You agree to provide accurate payment information. If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend paid features, cancel entitlements, or terminate the related subscription. Prices may change in the future, and pricing changes apply only to future billing periods unless otherwise stated.
Virtual currency and items
Coins, gems, gifts, themes, premium passes, and similar virtual items have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may not be sold, transferred, redeemed, or exchanged outside FreeJeu unless we expressly allow it. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items or features where permitted by law.
Refunds
Except where required by law or stated in a separate refund policy, payments are non-refundable. We generally do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, unused time, failure to use the service, loss of access caused by a terms violation, or dissatisfaction with game outcomes.
Acceptable use
You agree not to violate laws, share or sell accounts, access another user's account, submit fraudulent scores, manipulate clients, exploit bugs, automate gameplay or scraping, reverse engineer the service, circumvent security or payment systems, interfere with service operation, abuse social or kindness features, harass other users, or use FreeJeu for commercial resale without permission.
Fair play and rankings
Leaderboards, daily challenges, rewards, and social features are intended for fair casual play. We may reject, adjust, hide, or remove scores, rewards, wallet entries, leaderboard placements, likes, gifts, or other activity that appears fraudulent, automated, abusive, technically invalid, or inconsistent with fair play.
Intellectual property
FreeJeu and its licensors own the service, software, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, databases, and other content made available through FreeJeu, except for third-party materials used under license or permitted terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display FreeJeu content without prior written permission.
User content and feedback
If you submit profile content, comments, feedback, suggestions, support messages, or other materials, you grant FreeJeu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content for operating, protecting, and improving the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it.
Service changes and availability
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue games, features, subscriptions, virtual items, or the service as a whole. FreeJeu may experience interruptions, errors, maintenance periods, or data loss. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
FreeJeu is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeJeu will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost virtual items, or service interruptions.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for FreeJeu or other users, misuse payments, submit fraudulent activity, or where required by law. You may stop using FreeJeu at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of FreeJeu after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
